About Lloyd Robison
Hi! I’m Lloyd. I teach at several studios around town and love sharing my practice with this growing community. For me yoga is about challenging body and mind, connecting to yourself and others, finding your center, and feeling great! I found yoga at the perfect time as I was going through a rough spot in my personal life. Yoga gave me on outlet and a great support system. I completed my 200 hour with Tom and Daphne Larkin in April of 2013. I completed a Prana Flow training with Roberto Lim the following spring. I continue to constantly study with my teachers and friends here in Nashville: Raquel Bueno, Rachel Mathenia, Gillian St. Clair, Sarah Norris and Jane House to name a few. I am very interested in anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement as well as the energetic qualities of the practice.
I teach several different styles of yoga: Slow flow vinyasa, back therapeutics, and restorative. Come to my classes and expect something a little different each time. Expect to be challenged physically as well as mentally. Expect to be supported by me and your fellow yogis in the class. You can also expect I will make some jokes but I don’t expect you to laugh!
In addition to my public classes I also teach some corporate ones and privates groups and individuals. If this interests you please email me.
